Exercise Of The Day

Exercise Of The Day: Single Side Dumbbell Raises



Starting Position: - Start with a dumbbell in one hand hanging down the side of your body, palm facing in.

Movement:
- Exhale while lifting the weight away from your body and upward. Keep your arms fairly straight and raise the weight to shoulder level. Inhale as you slowly lower the dumbbell to the starting position. Repeat with other side as required.
